It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Exhibitions
During the year of 2026, the Boston LGBTQ+ Museum will present a total of six exhibitions that explore the history, culture, and creativity of LGBTQ+ Americans. Each exhibition will offer a unique perspective, from historical narratives and archival discoveries to contemporary artistic interpretations, highlighting the diverse experiences and contributions of the LGBTQ+ community throughout the nation’s 250-year history.
These exhibitions will engage visitors through immersive storytelling, multimedia installations, and curated collections, inviting reflection, dialogue, and celebration. They will serve as a cornerstone of our “American Queerness” programming, connecting the Museum’s mission to educate, inspire, and honor LGBTQ+ lives and culture, while commemorating the United States’ semiquincentennial.
