There are many ways you can make a gift to Museum beyond a traditional cash contribution, including:

There are several ways to make a gift. If you would like to make a gift today to the Museum, you may do so by using a debit or a credit card on our Yearlong Queer 365 Campaign. Funds raised through this campaign are unrestricted and are used for our general operation. You can also donate to a specific fund, campaigns or programs below.
If you would like to plan a gift for the future, give a gift other than cash or securities, or explore a gift that will pay you income, please reach out to us via email: info@bostonlgbtqmuseum.org.
Boston LGBTQ+ Museum of Art, History & Culture is registered with the Internal Revenue Service as a private, nonprofit 501(c)3 with a federal tax ID (EIN) of 93-385814.
Our legal name is Boston LGBTQ Museum of Art History and Culture Incorporated which will appear on all relevant tax documentation.
Our fiscal year runs from July 1 to June 30.
We are currently in fiscal year 2025.

This fund contributes to our ability to host programming in the Pryde Gallery and rent other gallery spaces for exhibits throughout the city.
The money we raise in the QEF goes directly towards the costs of production and materials for exhibitions.
The collection fund dollars go directly toward acquiring, preserving, and maintaining art, objects, and materials for our permanent collection.
Giving Circles 2023 - 2026
From now through 2026—the year we aim to secure a real estate opportunity for our future permanent home—our Board of Directors, first-time donors, and philanthropic partners have been instrumental in shaping our five levels of Giving Circles. These thoughtfully designed levels of gifts and donations ensure that everyone can contribute at a level that feels right for them, making it possible for all to join in supporting our mission.
1. Gallery Naming Circle: $500,000 - $1,000,000 or more
Benefits:
Naming rights for a gallery, space or major exhibition.
Prominent recognition on the museum's permanent donor wall.
Invitations to exclusive donor events, including private previews of exhibitions.
Curatorial Position Naming rights

2. Chairperson Giving Circle: $100,000 - $500,000
Benefits
Recognition in the museum’s annual report and on the donor wall.
Invitations to special events, including behind-the-scenes tours and private receptions.
3. Catalyst Giving Collective: $50,000
Companies, Corporations, Entities and Brands who invest $50,000 or more in our work automatically become part of our Catalyst Giving Collective. To join or learn more about the Corporate Giving Council, you can click here.

4. Founding Giving Circle: $15,000
Benefits:

5. Queer Art Patron Circle: $1000 - $5,000 or more
