Boston Queer Arts Festival 2025

Thank you for attending the activations of the 2025 Boston Queer Arts Festival!

We thank all of the artists, partners, patrons and sponsors who made this year possible. We are proud to have brought you activations all throughout October. Together, we experienced the LGBTQ+ creativity and culture across multiple venues and neighborhoods.

Our 2025 theme of “Creating Belonging” provided powerful opportunities to explore queer identity, expression, and community through art, conversation, and shared experience.

From our Pryde Gallery Dinner and Open House with Artist, Janet Boltax on October 10th; to our intimate visit to the Carpenter Center for the exhibition Lives of a Pollinator by Tourmaline, and the vibrant Pryde Gallery Open House and lunch with the Center for Sexual and Gender Diversity at Penn State University, each program offered meaningful ways to connect, reflect, and celebrate.

Whether you joined us in larger gatherings or more intimate discussions, every moment added to a collective sense of belonging. Queer culture is rooted in connection, and together we created spaces where those connections could flourish in both significant and subtle ways.

We look forward to next year’s festival in 2026 to celebrate the American 250th anniversary and the LGBTQ+ community.

Thank you for being part of the 2025 celebration. Your presence made it unforgettable.
