The governance structure of the Boston LGBTQ+ Museum of Art, History & Culture is robust and multifaceted. 

We are governed by our Board of Directors, whose strategic direction is further informed by the guidance of an esteemed Advisory Council and the Boston Queer Arts Task Force to execute the vision of our Founder and President, Jean Dolin. The museum's operations adhere to our Bylaws and are driven by a Strategic Plan adopted in January 2022. With fiduciary responsibility, the Board of Directors diligently oversees the governance of the Museum, ensuring its steadfast commitment to its mission and values.
